Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about School EasyPay. For any other queries or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

General

1. What is School EasyPay?

With School EasyPay, schools can accept any payment by credit card, debit card or bank account. This easy and convenient solution processes payments from the parent’s accounts and forwards the funds to the applicable school’s nominated bank account(s).

2. Can I pay my fees to my School by School EasyPay?

Yes, School EasyPay is suitable for all Schools, providing your school is set up to use School EasyPay. You can search for your school here and if not found, you can refer your school using the link at the bottom of the school search page.

3. Can I make payments with School EasyPay from credit cards and debit cards?

Yes, you can pay by credit card or debit card. Credit card payments may enable you to earn reward points and utilise interest free days. All payment methods available will be displayed on your online registration form when you set up your fee payments.

4. What is the easiest way to pay my school fees?

Automatic payments are the easiest way to pay – you can decide to spread out your payments and pay by the month. Also, you will never have to remember to your fees again. Your school or School EasyPay will automatically arrange to debit your fee from your nominated credit card, debit card or bank account when it is due. You can opt to receive Email or SMS payment confirmations each time payments are processed.

5. Can I split my fees payment with another parent / grandparent / etc.?

Yes, It is possible to split them. Each person will need to register with School EasyPay and advise the school of the proportion/ amount they wish to pay. Alternatively, each person could just pay their share online. When the payment is sent to the nominated school, they will be able to see that multiple payments have been made for the one student.

6. How long after my payment has been made will my school receive my payment?

Schools with School EasyPay will receive funds within 3 banking clearance days after the transaction has been processed. All payments made after 4.30pm AEST will be processed the following business day.

7. How do I know if my fee has been paid?

If you are opted in for payment notification, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation when a payment is processed. You can also login to the website and view your payment history. If a payment fails, School EasyPay will send you an SMS or email failure notification.

8. Can I make payments immediately (e.g. deposits, up front fees, donations, excursions) to my school?

You can make any initial or one-off payments such as these with your credit/ debit card. One-off payments can be processed by you online or by your school. You should complete a set up form (online or paper) for your subsequent ongoing payments.

9. Will I receive membership details when I register to School EasyPay?

With School EasyPay your membership number and details are sent to you via email.

10. What are the benefits to me of using School EasyPay?

Change of Details

11. What do I do if I want to change my details or payment method?

Simply login to www.schooleasypay.com.au and update your details. Alternatively, ask your school for an Update Details form. If you have a problem updating these details, feel free to contact us but you cannot change credit / debit card or banking details over the phone or by email.

Cancellations, Late and Rejected Payments

12. What do I do if I want to stop paying my fee with School EasyPay?

Contact your school or email [email protected] requesting to stop your payments.

13. What happens if a payment through School EasyPay is rejected?

If a payment is rejected for any reason, you will receive a message advising you to contact School EasyPay to organise your payment. Before you do, check with your payment provider (bank, credit union etc) to ensure that everything is in order.

14. Will I incur a charge if a payment made through School EasyPay is rejected?

If you pay your fees with your credit/debit card and a payment is rejected, a $15 fee may be payable. For bank account payment failures, a $5 fee may be payable.

15. What happens if my credit card has expired?

Simply login to www.schooleasypay.com.au and update your details.

16. What happens if I lose my credit card or I get a new one, resulting in a new card number?
