Introducing Parent Portal from School Easy Pay

Parent Portal is just one of the amazing benefits your school receives when signing up to School EasyPay. Parent Portal allows your school to easily get families signed up to direct debit school fees.

As a school, you can set the frequencies and payment amounts. Then all you need to do is get parents to sign up via a simple online form. From there, parents can add or change payment methods, easily see a history of their payments and make one-off payments to the school if required.

How does it work?

Simple Online Set Up

Send parents a link to an online set up form (branded with your School Logo). Parents enter their details and set themselves up.

Parent Portal is created

Once parents have filled in the form, this creates a "Parent Portal" for the family. They can now log in whenever they need

Parents self manage updates

Parents can securely change their bank or card details at any time. These are all securely stored in their online wallet

Better visibility

Parents can easily see a history of all of their past payments, and in depth info about each payment.

Secure one-off payments

Parents can easily make secure online payments for anything school related in their Parent Portal.
